Choose Hard. Become Better.
Pick something hard. Chase it. Never do it alone.
Free to join. Built on Discord.
The mission
It's hard.
It's a grind.
It's worth it.
A community for people who pick the harder road on purpose — set goals that scare you, chase them, and actually finish them, with others holding you accountable.
Physical. Mental. Spiritual. Financial. Career and craft. Or Uncharted — anything else that scares you a little. Accountability is the key. You never do it alone.
The system
Hard. Harder. Hardest.
The only way to become Hardened is to complete a Hardest goal — a badge you can't buy, only earn.
Under a month
Hard
A short, sharp goal. Build the habit of finishing before you scale up.
Example · Physical
100 push-ups a day for 21 days
1 to 3 months
Harder
Sustained effort. Long enough to change you. Short enough to stay honest.
Example · Mental
Meditate 20 minutes a day for 90 days
6 to 12 months
Hardest
Your biggest goal. The one that defines your year. Finish it and you become Hardened.
Example · Physical
Finish a full Ironman in 2027

Full Ironman — 2027
- The Hard
- Finish a full Ironman in 2027.
- The Plan
- Swim, bike, and run 10 hours a week. Long day every Saturday.
- Accountability
- Training log every Sunday. Call me out if I miss one.
Week 12 log looks strong. That Saturday brick is no joke.
Week 13 log is late. Where's it at?
Quick answers
Before you join.
- Is it free?
- Yes.
- Do I have to be an athlete?
- No. A first 5K counts as much as an Ironman. Any goal that's hard for you counts.
- How many goals can I have?
- As many Hard and Harder goals as you want, but only one Hardest goal at a time.
- What if I fall off?
- Post it. Get back up. That's what the community is for.
